We are just back from Madrid where we organised the Open Society Foundations Workshop. Delegates flew in from the US, Africa and Europe to attend this workshop and breakout sessions over two days.

The Deep Brain Stimulation Conference took place in Croke Park at the beginning of the month. Conference Organisers welcomed society members to Dublin for the Medical Image Perception Society XIV Meeting which was held at the Morrisson Hotel. This sucessful event was hosted by Dr Mark Mc Entee from the University of Sydney, Australia.

We are delighted to have been chosen to work with the Pancreatic Society of Great Britain and Ireland to provide on-line registration facilities and on-site management for their society meeting December 2011 at the Royal Marine Hotel, Dublin. It is being organised by Professor Kevin Conlon 2011 President of the PSGB&I.

We are delighted to have been chosen to work with the organising committee of the Sino-European Symposium on Environment and Health - SESEH 2012 Conference, which will take place in the National University of Ireland, Galway, from 20 - 25 August, 2012. The symposium provides an opportunity for a direct communication between experts from China and the rest of the world, and helps to foster and develop international collaborations with China, the 2nd largest economy of the world.

Conference Organisers have been chosen to work with Teagasc on the 17th International NitrogeN Workshop, which will take place in Wexford in June of 2012. We are excited at the prospects of organising this event and making full use of the wonderful produce and opportunities that are on offer in the South-East.

Another great piece of news! We have now joined AIPCO - the Assoication of Irish Professional Conference Organisers, who are working hard on behalf of all conference organisers to increase awareness of the business tourism industry in Ireland.

We scheduled a wonderful site visit to Dublin for the Open Society Foundations who are bringing their Law Program Coordinators meeting here in June.

Conference Organisers are organising the 3rd Numerical Methods for Finance Conference. This year the conference will take place in the Kemmy Business School, University of Limerick, from 8 - 10 June.

October 2010: European Haemophilia Consortium Annual Conference - Prague 2012
The EHC are hosting their annual conference in Prague in 2012 and Conference Organisers are happy to announce their appointment as official core PCO from 2012. The EHC Annual Conference 2011 is being held in Budapest.

October 2010: Advocacy Workshop - Rome
Conference Organisers coordinated another very successful PID/Haemophilia workshop in Rome from 1 - 3 October. What a wonderful city!

September 2010: Polish Haemophilia Society Press Conference & Meeting – Warsaw
Conference Organisers, in conjunction with The Polish Haemophilia Society and The European Haemophilia Consortium, delivered a very successful event on September 7th helping to raise awareness of Haemophilia in Poland. 

July 2010: Irish Association of Funeral Directors
Conference Organisers are delighted to have been chosen to work with the IAFD on the International FIAT-IFTA Convention in Dublin in 2012.

June 2010: Advocacy Workshop - Budapest
Conference Organisers coordinated a very successful PID/Haemophilia workshop in Budapest over the bank holiday weekend.

May 2010: Polish Haemophilia Society
Conference Organisers look forward to working with the Polish Haemophilia Society, in organising their Annual Meeting in Warsaw in September.

March 2010: New Appointment
We are delighted to announce the appointment of Lisa McGoldrick as Event and Business Development Manager. Lisa brings with her over 6 years event management experience in Ireland and the UK. Welcome Lisa!

February 2010: Dublin Convention Bureau
