PREVIOUS CONFERENCES

TESTIMONIALS

I first saw Conference Organiser's work at another conference and was blown away by the organization and professionalism. On that occasion I contacted the registration desk and asked for the organizer to contact me, that is how I met Rachel. Since then we have worked on two major projects, international conferences with niche appeal. I have found Conference Organisers to be excellent: the team always follow up, never lose patience, do everything on time and professionally; they have supported every need and have come up with some great ideas that will lead to an innovative and enjoyable conference for all that attend. Their connections and knowledge of the area are excellent. I will definitely be using Conference Organisers again.
Dr Mark McEntee, School of Medicine and Medical Science, University College Dublin

The British Gynaecological Cancer Society (BGCS) recently held their Autumn meeting in Dublin Castle - an event which ran absolutely seamlessly due to the exceptional professionalism and skills of the Conference Organisers' team. Every element of the conference was organised with a commitment to detail - from communication with the Organising Committee, to arranging quality accommodation within easy access of the venue, to contact with guest speakers and abstract presenters, discussions with the venue staff, the caterers, the entertainment, and, so important in these constrained times, keeping a close eye on the budget. The many requests and queries from the Organising Committee were always greeted with enthusiasm and a willingness to 'fix'. Rachel's obvious enjoyment of her work and boundless energy were very infectious and, combined with Niav's calm competence, created a great team and made working with them a pleasure.
Grainne Flannelly, Chair, Local Organising Committee, BGCS 2009

I have worked with the staff of Conference Organisers since 1994 when we collaborated on the World Federation of Haemophilia Congress in 1996, which was held in University College Dublin and attended by over 2,500 participants. Conference Organisers were responsible for all aspects of conference management from delegate registration to exhibition layout. Their efficiency and attention to detail was second to none and most favourably commented upon by representatives of the WFH and by many other delegates. I have since worked with them on numerous events including the 21st Annual European Haemophilia Consortium Conference held in Dublin Castle in 2008, the EHC 2009 Meeting in Warsaw, and a series of Advocacy Workshops in Amsterdam, Budapest and Rome in 2010. Conference Organisers are clearly passionate about what they do and go above and beyond in ensuring every event is successful. On each occasion, they have worked with tenacity and enthusiasm and I would have no hesitation in recommending them at any stage in the future.
Brian O’Mahony, CEO, Irish Haemophila Society

On behalf of the European Society for Urological Research, I want to express my deepest gratitude for all your hard work in preparation of the 7th World Urological Research Congress in Dublin. It was obvious that your staff is prepared to accommodate all wishes of congress participants and help them whenever possible.
My very positive opinion is shared by many participants from Europe and the United States. I can therefore certify that your organization meets all criteria for organization of high-level international scientific meetings.
Professor Zoran Culig, Secretary General, ESUR

ESOC was a big success and I wish to thank you and all your staff for their professionalism ... it was a pleasure to work with all of you. I'll spread the good word about you.
Professor Patrick Guiry, UCD School of Chemistry and Chemical Biology

'In case you need a destination management company, I would HIGHLY recommend Conference Organisers Ltd. I plan meetings all over the world and I have found them fabulous to work with, always right on top of communications and willing to go above and beyond.
Ann Hill, Director, Flight Safety Foundation

Please accept my sincere thanks for the excellent organisation and arrangements provided by Conference Organisers Ltd for the EUREAU 1 Conference. All of the arrangements worked flawlessly and that was no mean feat considering that delegates from over 18 countries attended the conference.
I was particularly appreciative of the professional detail touches (prefilled Hotel registration cards for delegates, superb tour guide and special guides for Guinness Storehouse). The meal and reception in Trinity College Dublin was excellent and the musical interlude provided by your entertainment consultant was simply stunning. I shall make your companies services known to my colleagues in Dublin City Council and you may use thie letter as a strong endorsement of the fine professional service provided by your company.
T Leahy, Deputy City Engineer, Dublin City Council

The conference was one of the best we have ever attended…. It was a great example of how these things should be organised and you and your colleagues deserve nothing but praise for the faultless execution of it.
