EHC Annual Conference 2025 Vienna

The EHC 2025 Conference, held in Vienna last October, was a resounding success. The main conference took place at the Hilton Vienna Park Hotel, while the Conference Dinner was hosted at the magnificent Vienna City Hall, providing an unforgettable setting for delegates.

Our team spent 12 months carefully planning and delivering the event, successfully managing every aspect of the conference. We brought together delegates and sponsors from over 45 countries, while creating a welcoming, inclusive, and safe environment that encouraged collaboration and meaningful exchange.

We were proud to manage the full project cycle, including logistics, speaker coordination, sponsor engagement, and the management of multiple venues, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.

The Conference Dinner at Vienna City Hall was a true highlight of the event, offering delegates an authentic taste of Austrian culture. Guests enjoyed a traditional Austrian menu, cultural performances and dances, all within one of Vienna’s most iconic and historic venues — a memorable celebration that perfectly complemented the conference experience.
